The quiet hamlet of Lindily is in the centre of Brittany, 5km from the town of Callac and 7km from Carhaix Plouger. The cottage is located on top of a hill, totally secluded in its own extensive grounds with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Callac: 5 – 10 minute drive away, is a small town with a supermarket, patisserie, boulangerie, numerous other shops and a local market on Wednesdays. There is a children’s park, rock climbing and skateboarding ramps.

Carhaix Plouger: approximately 15 minutes by car, has several supermarkets, a cinema and swimming baths.

Within a 40 minute drive to the north you will find the beautiful beaches of Tregastel and Perros Guirec. Benodet and Concarneau further to the south are less than an hour’s drive away.

Accommodation

The cottage provides comfortable accommodation for up to four people. The interior has cream walls and exposed beams and is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It has recently been sympathetically renovated.

• Living Room/Kitchen with wood burner, fire and 6 chairs, sofa bed, hi-fi system and video player. The kitchen has fitted units with appliances, washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge. All cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are all supplied.
• Bathroom - Newly fitted shower room, comprising WC, wash basin and large enclosed shower.

Conservatory - 4m x 4m

• The accommodation also includes a newly added conservatory with cane suite and occasional table.

Upstairs - 6.8m x 4.7m

• Bedroom is open plan and can easily accommodate four people. There is a king-size bed, wardrobe, single bed, pull out guest bed, chest of drawers, lamp table etc. Heating upstairs is by means of storage heaters. There is a sofa bed downstairs for people requiring more privacy.

Hot water is provided by means of an electric immersion heater.

Guests are requested to supply their own duvet covers, sheets and towels, although these can be supplied for a cost if required. Details available on request. There is an electric iron and ironing board together with a wide range of cleaning materials and utensils.

You will also find a patio set and barbecue in the shed.

All prices are per week. Arrival time after 2pm Saturday and accommodation to be vacated by 10.00am Saturday.

A non returnable deposit of 25% is required. Booking forms and deposit not later than 5 days from the date of making the provisional booking. The balance will be invoiced 8 weeks prior to departure. A returnable damage deposit of £75 is also requested with the final payment.
